Job Description

Finance Systems Manager

Hybrid Permanent

We’re working with a growing organisation seeking a Finance Systems Manager to act as the key link between Finance, IT, and Project teams, owning and enhancing critical finance systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimise finance applications, including ERP and reporting platforms.
  • Support system enhancements, upgrades, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Drive automation and efficiencies across finance processes.
  • Ensure system governance, controls, performance, and compliance.
  • Partner with stakeholders to translate business requirements into system solutions.

About You

  • Strong experience supporting and configuring finance systems
  • Expertise with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O)
  • Understanding of core finance processes (GL, AP, AR, reporting)
  • Experience with Power BI and reporting tools
  • Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
  • Background in finance transformation and systems improvement projects
