Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst Salesforce Health Cloud with 7+ years of overall experience in Business Analysis, Salesforce consulting, and healthcare domain transformation. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Salesforce Health Cloud, stakeholder management, requirement gathering, process analysis, Agile delivery, and healthcare business processes.

The candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to define, analyze, and implement Salesforce Health Cloud solutions that improve patient engagement, care coordination, provider management, member services, and overall healthcare operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, document, and validate business requirements from healthcare stakeholders.
• Conduct workshops, discovery sessions, and stakeholder interviews.
• Translate business requirements into user stories, functional specifications, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
• Perform business process analysis, process mapping, and gap analysis.
• Facilitate requirement prioritization and backlog management.
• Collaborate with business users, product owners, architects, developers, testers, and project managers.
• Support implementation of Salesforce Health Cloud capabilities including Patient Management, Care Coordination, Care Plans, Provider Management, Referral Management, and Member Services.
• Create and maintain BRDs, FRDs, User Stories, Use Cases, Process Flow Diagrams, Functional Specifications, and Solution Documentation.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Backlog Grooming, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Define business test scenarios and support SIT and UAT activities.
• Coordinate defect triage, business validation, and requirement sign-offs.
• Ensure complete traceability from business requirements through delivery and deployment.
• Support release planning, deployment activities, and hypercare support.
• Drive process improvement initiatives and recommend Salesforce best practices.

Required Experience

• 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Consultant, or Salesforce Consultant.
• Minimum 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce Health Cloud experience.
• Experience working on at least 2–3 Salesforce Health Cloud implementation or transformation projects.
• Strong healthcare domain experience.
• Experience working directly with business stakeholders and leadership teams.
• Experience in Agile and Scrum delivery environments.
