AI Product Builder
Overview :
This role sits at the heart of one of NxtWaves flagship programs and the Program Application connects 15,000+ students across 40+ campuses delivering the NIAT Program enhancing the learner experience in a gamified way GRIT.
We’re actively productising the entire program ops, turning manual processes into clean, reliable features, and growing the team to build more of it. We are looking for a detail-oriented person to design and build new features for the Program Application. We use Replit, Claude and other AI development tools to accelerate development, but we also emphasize on a human touch to ensure the Application is seamless and student centric.

Responsibilities :
What you’ll do:
Turn stakeholder asks into clear requirements, and figure out exactly how a new feature should work from a user’s perspective.
Build and ship dashboards using Replit and other AI-assisted tools.
Keep the UI clean and intuitive for students, campus teams and leadership alike.
Patiently test your features, hunt down edge cases, and ensure bug-free releases.
Own the data accuracy and ensure appropriate data backups
Iterate quickly based on how people actually use what you’ve built.
What we’re looking for
Experience in product, engineering or a hybrid builder role.
Proof of things you’ve shipped. Your work matters more than your resume.
Hands-on fluency with AI coding tools, plus enough fundamentals to read, debug and fix what the AI writes.
A good eye for UI/UX and Content. You should be able to assess if a copy is clear or not, Notice when something looks clunky.
