Job Title: QA, Server & Automation Coordinator (AI-Assisted) Company: Eleczo Location: [Bangalore] Work Mode- Onsite

Experience: 03 years in software testing (freshers with testing training welcome) About the Role We’re looking for someone to keep our E-commerce website, CRM and ERP running smoothly, protect them from bad bot traffic, and use AI tools like Claude to automate daily work. What You’ll Do Testing, FRS & Customer Experience • Write Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS) and test cases for every new feature or change • Test our website, CRM and ERP, including how data moves between them • Log defects and follow up with our developer until they’re fixed • Review the website as a customer and suggest improvements Server & Cloudflare • Monitor server health, uptime, SSL and backups • Spot and stop bad bot traffic using Cloudflare, with approval before making changes (full training provided) • Re-test key customer flows after every server or Cloudflare change AI Agents & Automation • Find manual processes that can be automated • Use Claude to build and run agents for daily testing, monitoring and routine tasks • Test everything the AI builds before it goes live What We’re Looking For • Basic knowledge of software testing: test cases, regression testing and user acceptance testing (UAT) • Can write clear requirements a developer can build from • Linux basics and an understanding of how websites work (HTTP, DNS, SSL) • Understands the difference between real customers, good bots and bad bots • Has used AI tools like Claude or ChatGPT for real work • Basic Excel and SQL • Detail-oriented, takes ownership, and communicates clearly Good to Have: Python, Postman/Selenium/Playwright, n8n/Zapier, Nginx/Apache Education: B.Tech / BCA / MCA / B.Sc (IT/CS) or equivalent
