What you’ll do

• Review contracts and transaction documents, including those involving asset-backed securities and mortgage-backed securities

• Draft or evaluate sample clauses and legal frameworks used in structured finance deals

• Test hypothetical fact patterns and AI-generated legal content for faulty reasoning, regulatory issues, and misuse of industry terminology

• Set out how legal structures work, how the market operates, and what risks and regulatory developments mean in practice

Who this is for

• Juris Doctor degree, or an international equivalent, with active admission in at least one jurisdiction to practice law

• Typically, five or more years of experience advising on structured finance transactions, with work that includes drafting and negotiating deal documents and reviewing prospectuses, term sheets or offering memoranda

• Professional fluency in English, plus a strong grasp of securities law, regulatory compliance frameworks and relevant market regulations

• No AI experience needed. You bring the expertise; we bring the training on the tools.
