Job Description
• $140–$400 per hour
• 100% remote
• Part-time
• Fully flexible schedule
Work on the cutting edge of AI, on your own schedule, and get paid for the healthcare law expertise you already have.
The AI systems everyone is talking about are trained and tested by real legal experts. The teams building them need healthcare regulatory attorneys who can review realistic legal documents and scenarios, judge whether an AI response is accurate, write the answer a qualified attorney would give, and explain where the response falls short. Your judgment helps shape the next generation of AI systems that handle difficult questions in U.S. healthcare law. This is that work, done remotely around your current practice.
What you’ll do
• Assess healthcare policies and legal documents for accuracy, clarity and meaningful legal detail
• Analyze U.S. healthcare policies and regulations, including HIPAA and the Anti-Kickback Statute
• Write and revise contract language so it satisfies legal requirements under U.S. healthcare law
• Identify compliance risks in healthcare legal scenarios and explain the reasoning behind your conclusions
Why this is worth your time
• Get paid $140–$400 an hour to build real AI skills, on top of your current job
• Work directly with frontier AI tools and see how they are built, tested and improved, experience most healthcare regulatory attorneys will not have for years
• Build a career edge for what comes next: AI is reshaping healthcare regulatory law, and the attorneys who understand it from the inside will lead that change
• Fully remote and flexible, no fixed shifts, no commute
Who this is for
• Juris Doctor degree and a U.S. bar admission that is active
• Substantial healthcare law practice with a major U.S. law firm or a leading healthcare-focused firm
• Professional fluency in English, with expertise in U.S. healthcare compliance such as HIPAA, the Stark Law or the Anti-Kickback Statute
• No AI experience needed. You bring the expertise; we bring the training on the tools.
Pay and details
• $140–$400 per hour, paid hourly as an independent contractor
• Fully flexible schedule; fully remote, United States
