What you’ll do

• Review transaction materials and assess AI-generated legal responses for venture capital and corporate deals

• Draft and critique deal documents such as term sheets, share purchase agreements, and documents for convertible-note investments

• Analyze transaction structure and corporate governance issues in sample deals

• Explain regulatory requirements, compliance duties, and cross-border investment issues, then give clear feedback on where AI-generated responses fall short

Who this is for

• Juris Doctor degree and current admission to the bar in one or more jurisdictions

• Extensive experience advising on venture capital financings, corporate transactions, and startup legal matters, ideally with seven or more years working in relevant practice

• Professional fluency in English
