Job Description
• $100–$160 per hour equivalent, paid per accepted task
• 100% remote
• Part-time
• Fully flexible schedule
Work on the cutting edge of legal AI, on your own schedule, and get paid for the litigation judgment you already have.
The AI systems everyone is talking about are trained and tested by real lawyers. The teams building them need litigation professionals who can create realistic legal scenarios, judge whether AI responses are accurate and well reasoned, write the answer a strong practitioner would give, and explain clearly where the response falls short. Your judgment helps shape how the next generation of AI handles legal analysis and written work. This is that work, done remotely and asynchronously around your current practice.
What you’ll do
• Evaluate briefs, arguments, memos and other litigation materials produced by AI for legal and factual accuracy
• Assess the logic and strength of legal reasoning in difficult litigation issues and edge cases
• Write clear feedback that identifies errors and explains how the work should be improved
• Draft and revise sample legal language; produce litigation arguments that meet professional standards
Why this is worth your time
• Earn the equivalent of $100–$160 an hour while building real AI skills alongside your current job
• Work directly with frontier legal AI tools and see how they are built, tested and improved, experience most litigation lawyers will not have for years
• Build a career edge for what comes next: AI is reshaping litigation, and the lawyers who understand it from the inside will lead that change
• Fully remote and flexible, no fixed shifts, no commute
Who this is for
• Hold a JD from a U.S. law school accredited by the ABA
• Have an active license in a U.S. jurisdiction and remain in good standing
• Bring legal experience gained after earning a JD, totaling three to fifteen years; litigation is preferably your primary practice area, with dependable written communication in English
• No AI experience needed. You bring the expertise; we bring the training on the tools.
Pay and details
• $100–$160 per hour equivalent; pay is per accepted task, as an independent contractor
• Fully flexible schedule; fully remote, United States
