Computer Vision - AWS - EdgeAI Trainer

Company Description Technovites is looking for an experienced Computer Vision & Edge AI Trainer for an upcoming intensive, hands-on training programme.

Role Description The Computer Vision - AWS - EdgeAI Trainer role is a full-time, remote position responsible for designing and delivering training programs in computer vision, AWS cloud services, and Edge AI technologies. This role involves developing structured curricula, creating learning materials, and preparing hands-on labs and demonstrations that help learners apply concepts in real-world scenarios. The trainer will conduct virtual training sessions, workshops, and mentoring, ensuring participants gain practical skills across model development, deployment, and optimization on edge devices and cloud platforms. Day-to-day tasks include updating course content to reflect current industry practices, collaborating with engineering teams to align training with ongoing projects, assessing learner progress, and providing constructive feedback. The role also includes documenting best practices, contributing to knowledge repositories, and supporting continuous improvement of Technovites’ training offerings.

Qualifications

• Post Graduate or Phd with understanding of algorithms, data structures, and machine learning fundamentals.

Key Technical Expertise Required:

Python programming and Machine Learning / Deep Learning

Computer Vision, OpenCV, CNNs, object detection and segmentation

AWS services, including EC2, S3 and SageMaker

Git, GitHub, CI/CD and Docker

Self-supervised and semi-supervised learning

Generative AI for Vision and Vision-Language Models

Edge AI deployment, model optimisation, ONNX, TensorRT and TensorFlow Lite

Hands-on implementation of end-to-end Computer Vision projects

What We’re Looking For

• Strong industry experience and practical implementation skills.
• Ability to deliver hands-on technical sessions and guide participants through labs and a capstone project.
• Experience deploying Computer Vision models on AWS and edge devices such as NVIDIA Jetson or Raspberry Pi.
• Excellent communication and mentoring skills.
