Influencer Marketing Assistant

Overview

Our client is looking for a driven and execution-focused Influencer Outreach Specialist to handle high-volume creator sourcing and seeding across TikTok and Instagram for two major beauty and skincare brands. Operating within both direct-to-consumer e-commerce and medical aesthetics, this rapidly growing US-based company offers an inclusive, collaborative environment with a remote team that has recently doubled in size. In this key execution role, you will be responsible for sending 50–75 outbound creator touches daily to activate micro-creators, credentialed voices, and in-network influencers while tracking sample fulfillments through to posted content.

Schedule: Mon - Fri 9-5pm Pacific Standard Time

Responsibilities

• Execute 50–75 outbound creator outreach touches per day across TikTok and Instagram, sourcing and activating creators for two distinct programs — Patchology (velocity engine: high-frequency micro-creator seeding) and Kate Somerville (authority engine: tiered outreach spanning credentialed and in-network creators).
• Work inside a sample fulfillment workflow: logging creator addresses and sample requests, coordinating with an internal warehouse team on shipment, tracking fulfillment status back to the creator via tracked, timestamped handoffs.
• Maintain reporting discipline through daily/weekly logging of outreach volume, response rate, and conversion to posted content in a clean format (spreadsheet or CRM-style tracker).
• Participate in daily standups or async check-ins to support a high-volume outreach cadence.

Requirements

• Direct experience with TikTok Shop Creator Marketplace/Affiliate Plan and Instagram creator outreach (DM, email, or platform-native tools). Generic social media management experience is not a substitute.
• Working fluency with ShopMy or a comparable seeding platform (Superfiliate, GRIN, Aspire).
• Comfortable working inside a structured sample fulfillment and tracking workflow.
• English fluency sufficient for brand-voice-consistent outreach messaging (not templated mass-DM copy). Beauty or CPG category experience preferred, but not disqualifying if outreach fundamentals are strong.
• Hacker/builder mindset (non-negotiable): Resourceful, comfortable hitting daily volume targets without hand-holding, treats a stalled creator response or a fulfillment delay as a puzzle to route around rather than a blocker to escalate and wait on.
• Experience distinguishing seeding (low-cost trickle, gifting-only) from contracted posting waves (paid, negotiated deliverables) is a plus.
• Familiarity with FTC disclosure basics for influencer content is a plus.
