Exchange Life is a fast-growing travel jewelry brand selling collectible travel charms. Our content machine has generated over a quarter billion views across TikTok and Instagram, and we’re now scaling our image ad creatives to match.

The Role

You’ll make image ads in many different formats and adapt fast to any new one. We need senior taste, product accuracy and ownership, so every image looks real and sells.

What You Will Do

• Make static Meta ads in many formats: offer images, product and packshot images, lifestyle scenes and AI scenes
• Take a new format or reference ad and turn it into our own version fast
• Work AI-first: build aspirational product scenes and composite real product photos cleanly so nothing looks obviously AI
• Add all headlines and copy yourself in Figma or Photoshop so the text feels like part of the image. We do not want AI-generated text
• Help with product page (PDP) images and packaging when needed

Must-Haves

• A strong portfolio of ad or commercial product images in several formats
• Creative AI scenes that feel aspirational and relatable
• Product accuracy and an anti-AI look
• Clean compositing of real products into AI scenes
• Strong text integration in Figma / Photoshop
• Remote, async-friendly

Nice-to-Haves

• Agency or studio background
• DTC, jewelry, gift, or pet-product experience
• Figma + compositing workflow (Higgsfield a plus)

Where You Can Grow

Strong designers can move up to lead design, review other designers’ work and set the quality bar.

What You Will Earn

• Base: $4 to $20 USD/hour depending on experience ($700 to $3,500/month full-time)
• Performance bonuses: up to $500 per image based on ad spend.

Trial

• Stage 1: Unpaid, Image 1 only.
• Stage 2: Paid trial, $45 total (about 3 hours): finish the remaining images and redo the first image.
• Trial board: Photo Charms trial on Milanote
