Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Lead end-to-end automation projects from requirements gathering through deployment and production support.
Analyze business processes, identify inefficiencies, and design scalable automation solutions.
Build and implement workflows using Low-Code/No-Code platforms such as n8n, Camunda, Power Automate, or UiPath.
Design and deploy Agentic AI solutions leveraging LLMs, AI agents, tool/function calling, and human-in-the-loop controls.
Develop integrations using Python/JavaScript, REST APIs, SQL, and JSON.
Work closely with business stakeholders to document requirements, business rules, and exception handling processes.
Ensure governance, compliance, auditability, and maker-checker controls are embedded within automation solutions.
Support testing, UAT, implementation, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement activities.
Drive intelligent automation initiatives within banking and financial services environments.
Collaborate across business, technology, and operations teams to deliver transformation outcomes.

Preferred candidate profile

Minimum 7+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Process Automation, Intelligent Automation, or Technology Consulting.
Experience delivering automation initiatives in Banking, Financial Services, or large enterprise environments.PDF]

Technical Expertise

Strong hands-on experience with n8n, Camunda, Power Automate, UiPath, or similar workflow orchestration tools.
Good coding skills in Python or JavaScript.
Experience with REST APIs, SQL databases, JSON, and system integrations.
Knowledge of Agentic AI, LLMs, AI Agents, RAG, Vector Databases, and Multi-Agent Architectures.
Understanding of Payments, Reconciliation, Transaction Processing, Operational Controls, Exception Management, and Audit Processes.
Strong awareness of maker-checker controls and governance requirements.
