Job Description:
- We are seeking an experienced AI Governance Manager to lead the development and implementation of our enterprise AI Governance Framework.
- The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring Artificial Intelligence is developed, deployed and managed responsibly, transparently and in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.
- Key responsibilities include: Developing AI Governance frameworks, policies and operating models.
- Implementing controls aligned with the EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF and ISO/IEC 42001.
- Establishing AI inventories, risk registers and approval processes.
- Conducting AI risk assessments and overseeing mitigation activities.
- Embedding governance controls throughout the AI lifecycle.
- Establishing AI Governance committees, RACI matrices and accountability structures.
- Supporting AI assurance, audit readiness and regulatory compliance.
- Developing AI Governance KPIs, KRIs and executive dashboards.
- Advising senior stakeholders on Responsible AI and emerging risks.
- Ideal candidates will have experience in AI Governance, Data Governance, Risk Management, Compliance or related disciplines, alongside strong stakeholder management and governance implementation skills.
