Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Lead Product Designer with strong visual and interaction design skills, a deep understanding of B2B SaaS products, and experience designing scalable, data-driven user experiences. The ideal candidate will drive design excellence, influence product direction, and mentor designers while collaborating closely with product managers, engineers, and AI/ML teams.
What Were Looking For
- 7+ years of relevant product design experience, including 2+ years in leadership, mentoring, or design ownership.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design, visual craft, interaction design, and measurable product impact.
- Experience designing complex B2B SaaS, enterprise SaaS, CRM, marketing automation, or workflow-based products.
- Expertise in design systems, accessibility, responsive design, and scalable UI patterns.
- Experience with AI-powered products, intelligent interfaces, or data-driven experiences.
- Strong proficiency in Figma, prototyping, user research, usability testing, and design documentation.
- Ability to simplify complex user workflows and influence product strategy.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, stakeholder management, and mentoring skills.
