Experience: 15 – 30 Years
CTC: 40 LPA – 90 LPA
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end talent acquisition strategy and execution
Build and manage high-performing recruitment teams
Drive leadership, niche, and large-scale hiring initiatives
Partner with business leaders on workforce planning and talent strategy
Optimize recruitment processes, employer branding, and candidate experience
Leverage data and analytics to improve hiring outcomes
Requirements:
15+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment Leadership
Proven experience managing enterprise-level hiring programs
Strong stakeholder management and team leadership skills
Experience in IT, Technology, GCC, Product, or Corporate hiring preferred
