Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Café Branch Manager to lead the opening and daily operations of a new café branch in London.
This is an exciting opportunity for a hospitality professional to take ownership of a new branch, build a strong team, and contribute to delivering an excellent customer experience while maintaining high operational standards.
Responsibilities
- Set and execute sales performance goals to increase profitability
- Hire, train, and assess store employee’s productivity and performance
- Maintain orderly, presentable appearance of the store
- Oversee stock and store operations
Qualifications
- bachelor’s degree education or equivalent experience
- Proven experience as a Café Manager, Restaurant Manager, or Branch Manager in the hospitality industry.
- Customer centric with a positive attitude
- Must have the legal right to work in the United Kingdom.
