LinkDev is an early-stage, Turkey-based IT consulting and software development company building its presence in the US market.
We aim to connect qualified US-based software developers with suitable job and contract project opportunities. We also support the process through opportunity research, proposals and bidding, candidate preparation, technical coordination, and software development delivery.
We believe in building long-term relationships with developers and creating flexible collaboration opportunities based on their experience, interests, availability, and project requirements.
We are looking for a proactive **Technical Recruiter & Developer Network Recruiter** to help us identify, engage, evaluate, and build relationships with qualified software developers across the United States.

About the Role
You will be responsible for building a reliable network of software developers who may be interested in full-time opportunities, contract projects, part-time engagements, or other flexible collaboration arrangements.
This role is about more than collecting resumes. We want someone who can identify suitable candidates, communicate our business model clearly, assess their backgrounds, and build trust with developers over time.
You will work directly with company leadership to develop sourcing strategies and improve our recruitment process as the company grows.

Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in technical recruiting, IT recruitment, talent sourcing, or a closely related role.- Demonstrated experience sourcing software developers or other technical professionals.- Familiarity with the US technology talent market and common software engineering roles.- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.- Experience using LinkedIn and other professional sourcing channels.- Familiarity with Boolean search, candidate screening, recruitment tracking tools, and outreach methods.- Strong organizational skills, follow-through, and attention to detail.- Ability to work independently, communicate progress, and manage multiple candidate conversations.- A professional, honest, and candidate-focused approach to recruitment.

- A consistent pipeline of relevant, qualified software developers.- Meaningful candidate engagement and positive responses to outreach.- Accurate and useful candidate screening reports.- Reliable follow-up and organized pipeline management.- Strong long-term relationships with developers who understand our business model.- A recruitment process that prioritizes candidate quality, transparency, and suitability over raw application or resume volume.
