DevOps/Infrastructure Engineer

We’re an early-stage AI company in stealth, working on something new in a space we think is very cool. We can’t share product details publicly yet. We can tell you that you’ll join at the ground floor with a small, senior, fully remote team. DevOps / Infrastructure Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and run our cloud infrastructure using infrastructure-as-code

• Own CI/CD, deployment pipelines, and developer tooling

• Build observability, alerting, and incident response practices

• Manage GPU and compute infrastructure for AI workloads, with a focus on cost efficiency

• Lead security best practices, access control, and compliance readiness

Qualifications

• 4+ years in DevOps, SRE, or infrastructure engineering

• Deep experience with AWS or GCP, Terraform/Pulumi, Docker, and Kubernetes

• Scripting/programming in Python, Go, or Bash

• Experience with monitoring stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, etc.)

Nice-to-haves

• Experience running GPU clusters or ML inference infrastructure

• SOC 2 / security compliance experience

• Startup experience building infrastructure from scratch

Compensation and Benefits

Base salary range: $145,000 - $180,000 per year; final offer depends on experience and location within the range.

Equity: negotiable, offered in addition to base salary.
