About the Role

We are looking for a skilled AI/ML Engineer to design and productionalize next-generation Agentic AI systems.

The role focuses on building multi-agent workflows, advanced RAG pipelines, and ensuring governance, security, and scalability across cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement multi-agent workflows using LangGraph and LangChain
• Develop and optimize RAG pipelines with vector search and semantic retrieval
• Build MCP-based integrations connecting LLMs with enterprise systems
• Deploy and scale AI solutions on AWS (Bedrock, SageMaker, EKS)
• Implement guardrails, prompt security, and AI governance frameworks
• Optimize data flow, cost, and system performance
• Set up observability frameworks for evaluation (Ragas, LangSmith)

Required Skills:-

• Strong experience in AI/ML system development (production level)
• Hands-on expertise in LangChain, LangGraph
• Experience in Agentic AI, MCP, and multi-agent systems
• Strong knowledge of RAG, embeddings, and vector databases (Pinecone, Milvus, etc.)
• AWS expertise (EKS, S3, IAM, Bedrock, SageMaker)
• Proficiency in Python (NumPy, Pandas, PyTorch/TensorFlow)

Good to Have:-

• Experience in AI governance, compliance, and security frameworks
• Exposure to BFSI/Healthcare regulated environments
• Experience scaling AI systems into production-grade microservices
