Health Cloud Developer

Role & Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce Health Cloud and Industries Cloud solutions.
• Configure and develop OmniStudio components including OmniScripts, DataRaptors, and Integration Procedures.
• Develop custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.
• Build and maintain integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Design and maintain data models, workflows, and business processes within the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Participate in end-to-end project lifecycle activities including design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum environments to ensure successful project delivery.
• Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve application defects and performance issues.
• Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and deployment processes.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 5+ years of Salesforce Development experience.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Health Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, or Salesforce Industries Cloud.
• Strong expertise in OmniStudio, OmniScripts, DataRaptors, and Integration Procedures.
• Hands-on experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce integrations.
• Experience working with REST APIs, SOAP APIs, JSON, and XML.
• Strong understanding of data modeling and process modeling concepts.
• Healthcare or Insurance domain experience is mandatory.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Salesforce Health Cloud, OmniStudio, or Salesforce Platform certifications will be an added advantage.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Immediate joiners or candidates with a notice period of up to 15 days will be preferred.
