Founded by Pavneet Kaur, MA Psychology (Clinical Specialization) and a CBT & REBT practitioner, the platform prioritizes clinical accuracy while making psychological insights useful for everyday life. Mahrxmind creates content in both English and Hindi to reach a diverse audience. The work is grounded in research yet designed to resonate with people navigating real-world emotional and mental health challenges.

Role Overview: We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor & Graphic Designer Intern who can turn psychological concepts into engaging visual content for social media.

This is a paid, part-time, remote opportunity for someone who enjoys editing short-form videos, designing Instagram carousels, and creating visually appealing digital content.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit Instagram Reels and short-form videos with engaging cuts, transitions, subtitles, and music.
• Design informative and visually appealing Instagram carousels.
• Create social media posts, promotional creatives, and other digital assets.
• Develop simple motion graphics and animations wherever required.
• Maintain brand consistency across all visual content.
• Collaborate with the content team to translate psychological concepts into engaging visuals.
• Incorporate feedback and stay updated with social media design and editing trends.

Requirements

• Basic to intermediate skills in video editing and graphic design.
• Familiarity with tools such as Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, CapCut, or equivalent software.
• A good eye for typography, layouts, colors, and visual storytelling.
• Attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Interest in psychology, mental health, or educational content is a plus.
• A portfolio or samples of previous work are preferred.
