User Interface Designer

Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a User Interface Designer at DVK Analytics. In this position, you will design intuitive, visually engaging user interfaces for analytics dashboards and BI tools, ensuring a consistent and accessible experience across platforms. You will collaborate closely with product managers, UX designers, developers, and BI consultants to translate requirements into wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity designs. Daily responsibilities include creating and refining design systems, iterating on layouts based on feedback and user testing, and aligning UI solutions with Sisense capabilities and DVK’s custom plugins. You will also work with front-end and BI teams to ensure your designs are feasible, responsive, and optimized for performance, while continuously improving the overall analytics experience for end users.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong User Interface Design and Visual Design skills to create clean, consistent, and engaging interfaces for analytics dashboards.
• Candidates should possess experience with Mockups and wireframing tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD) to translate concepts and requirements into clear, testable designs.
• Candidates should possess User Experience (UX) skills, including understanding user journeys, usability principles, and accessibility best practices within data-heavy products.
• Candidates should possess foundational Front-End Development knowledge (e.g., HTML, CSS, basic JavaScript) to effectively collaborate with engineers and ensure design feasibility.
• Relevant qualifications include experience designing interfaces for BI or data visualization tools, familiarity with Sisense or similar platforms, and working in cross-functional, remote teams.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills, along with the ability to manage multiple design tasks and meet deadlines, are beneficial.
• A bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
