Jr. Developer

Responsibilities

• Participate in structured training and onboarding programs
• Learn and apply software development concepts, tools, and best practices
• Assist with developing, testing, and maintaining applications
• Analyze data, troubleshoot issues, and support technical solutions
• Collaborate with team members on projects and process improvements
• Document development activities and technical requirements
• Continuously learn new technologies and programming concepts

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, Physics, Engineering, Data Science, Information Systems, Economics, Finance, or another analytical/technical field
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Eagerness to learn new technologies and develop technical skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to programming through coursework, internships, bootcamps, or personal projects
• Familiarity with languages such as Python, Java, C#, SQL, or similar
• Experience with data analysis, statistical modeling, or technical problem-solving
• Interest in software development, technology, and continuous learnin

This is a Permanent position based out of Lansing, MI.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $28.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
