We are looking for an experienced Senior Lead Engineer – Avionics Software Verification & Validation (V&V) to join our growing team in Bengaluru!

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Lead DO-178B/C software verification and validation activities for DAL A/B/C/D/E programs.

• Perform HLR/LLR verification, HSIT, LLRT, robustness testing and HIL/SIL testing.

• Execute requirements-based testing and structural coverage analysis (Statement, Decision & MC/DC).

• Manage traceability, defect analysis and regression testing.

• Lead technical reviews, mentor engineers and support FAA/EASA certification activities.

🔹 Required Technical Skills:

✅ DO-178B/C DAL A/B/C ✅ HLR/LLR HSIT LLRT ✅ C/C++ Python RTOS/Linux ✅ MC/DC Structural Coverage Analysis ✅ VectorCAST LDRA RTRT ✅ DOORS Jira Git/Bitbucket ✅ Software V&V Technical Leadership Team Management
