Virtual Creatives Assistant

The role focuses on creating engaging short-form videos and social media content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms. You will work with existing footage, develop creative ideas, and produce content for both organic social media posts and paid advertisements.

The ideal candidate understands how to create videos that capture attention, keep viewers engaged, and encourage them to take action.

We are looking for the following specific requirements

• Proven experience in social media content creation, short-form video editing, and creative content development.
• Strong skills in CapCut, Edits, Canva, or other professional video editing tools.
• Experience creating videos for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and similar platforms.
• Experience producing both organic social media content and paid advertising creatives.
• Ability to turn raw footage, B-roll, and existing creative materials into engaging videos.
• Understanding of video hooks, storytelling, audience engagement, and calls to action.
• Familiarity with social media performance, creative testing, and content improvement.
• Strong communication, attention to detail, and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Availability to work the required part-time Pacific Time schedule.
• Reliable main and backup computers (minimum Intel Core i5 or equivalent), primary and backup internet connections (minimum 25 Mbps), a noise-canceling headset, and a webcam.

Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

• Edit engaging short-form videos using CapCut, Edits, Canva, or similar editing tools.
• Turn raw videos and existing footage into polished social media content.
• Add captions, transitions, music, graphics, and other creative elements to videos.
• Develop content ideas and create videos for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms.
• Create video advertisements designed to attract potential customers and generate inquiries.
• Test different video hooks, calls to action, and creative approaches.
• Repurpose existing content into different formats for social media and advertising.
• Review content performance and suggest improvements.
• Ensure all content follows the client’s branding and quality standards.
• Organize creative files, provide progress updates, and make revisions based on feedback.

Rate

$6.00 USD per hour

Schedule

Part-Time 20 hours per week

• Monday to Friday
• 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM Pacific Time
• Philippines: Tuesday to Saturday, 12:00 AM to 4:00 AM during Pacific daylight saving time, or 1:00 AM to 5:00 AM during Pacific standard time.

The schedule may be adjusted depending on operational and business needs.

Pay: Php32,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month

Experience:

• short-form video editing: 3 years (Preferred)
• social media content creation: 2 years (Preferred)
• CapCut or other professional video editing software: 2 years (Preferred)
• paid social media video advertisements: 3 years (Preferred)
