Its data-driven platform helps brands build targeted audiences, activate media in real time, and measure advertising performance. The company’s offerings include Moments, a mobile advertising solution, and its LCI attribution platform, which helps clients evaluate return on ad spend.
About the Role
InMarket is seeking a Brand Designer to help develop and strengthen its visual identity across marketing campaigns, digital experiences, sales materials, events, social media, and other customer-facing channels. This hands-on role is suited to a designer with strong visual judgment, a clear understanding of brand systems, and the ability to turn ideas into polished creative work.
You will collaborate with Marketing, Content, Product, and Sales to translate messaging and business priorities into compelling visual experiences. InMarket is also interested in designers who are curious about using AI to improve creative workflows, explore new formats, and make design processes more effective. Previous AdTech experience is not required.
Key Responsibilities
Evolve and strengthen InMarket’s visual identity across channels and customer touchpoints.
Develop visual concepts and creative systems for marketing campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives.
Create polished, on-brand designs for digital, social media, web, sales, events, and other marketing channels.
Design landing pages, presentations, one-pagers, sales collateral, event materials, and other customer-facing assets.
Develop and maintain brand guidelines, templates, design systems, and reusable visual assets.
Ensure consistency in the way InMarket’s brand is represented across the organization.
Collaborate with Marketing, Content, Product, and Sales to turn ideas, messaging, and business priorities into effective visual concepts.
Manage projects from initial concept through final execution while balancing creative quality with business objectives.
Help establish creative standards and improve the quality and consistency of design work.
Explore new creative formats, design tools, and AI-enabled workflows to improve efficiency and creative output.
Required Qualifications
2–4 years of experience in brand design, graphic design, marketing design, or a related field.
A strong portfolio demonstrating visual design skills, brand thinking, and attention to detail.
Strong understanding of typography, color, composition, visual hierarchy, layout, and brand systems.
Experience applying a brand identity consistently across multiple channels and formats.
Experience designing marketing materials such as websites, landing pages, presentations, sales collateral, campaigns, or event materials.
Strong conceptual thinking and the ability to translate a brief or business objective into a clear visual direction.
Ability to take ownership of projects from concept through execution with minimal supervision.
Experience working with brand guidelines, templates, and design systems or helping develop them.
Experience using AI tools in creative workflows or a genuine interest in developing AI-enabled design processes.
Familiarity with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design platforms.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience creating social content, motion graphics, video, or digital design.
Experience in AdTech, MarTech, SaaS, data, media, or technology.
