Senior AI/ML Engineer

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Senior AI/ML Engineer role based in Hyderabad. The Senior AI/ML Engineer will design, implement, and optimize AI agents and automation systems, focusing on robust, production-ready machine learning models. Daily responsibilities include developing and validating algorithms, building and training neural networks, conducting data analysis and experimentation, and integrating models into scalable software systems. The role involves collaborating with product, engineering, and operations teams to translate business friction points into technical solutions, monitoring performance in production, and continuously improving system reliability and efficiency. The Senior AI/ML Engineer will also mentor junior engineers, contribute to technical architecture decisions, and advocate for best practices in ML engineering and MLOps.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Computer Science and Algorithms, with experience designing efficient, scalable solutions.
• Applied expertise in Neural Networks and Pattern Recognition for real-world AI/ML applications.
• Solid understanding of Statistics and probabilistic modeling for data analysis, model evaluation, and experimentation.
• Proficiency in modern ML frameworks and languages (e.g., Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow) and experience deploying models to production.
• Experience with data pipelines, MLOps tools, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) for end-to-end ML lifecycle management.
• Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad, collaborate cross-functionally, and communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Prior experience in building AI agents, automation systems, or high-impact ML products is highly beneficial.
