Senior Project Manager

As part of our continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our London team, supporting one of the largest and most significant client portfolios within our EMEA business.

The Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team supporting a major international FMCG client portfolio. With increased investment and account growth planned for the coming year, we are expanding our project management capability to ensure we continue delivering exceptional service, quality, and efficiency.

Working across multiple brands and workstreams, you’ll play a critical role in managing complex projects, coordinating resources, monitoring budgets and timelines, and ensuring delivery remains on track.

This role is less focused on strategy development or creative briefing and more focused on the successful execution and delivery of projects through the production lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead multiple concurrent projects across a large FMCG client portfolio.
• Build and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and delivery trackers.
• Coordinate internal teams to ensure resources are effectively allocated.
• Monitor project profitability, timelines, and delivery milestones.
• Support the ongoing operational management of a major EMEA client account.
• Identify risks and proactively implement solutions to maintain project momentum.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Act as a key liaison between internal stakeholders and delivery teams.
• Maintain clear project documentation and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide guidance and support to junior team members where required.

Skills & Experience

Essential

• Proven experience in Project Management, Senior Account Management, Production Management, or a similar delivery-focused role.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously within an agency, design, production, or marketing services environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Excellent planning, workflow, and resource management capabilities.
• Experience working with budgets, schedules, and project reporting.
• Ability to operate in a fast-moving, high-volume environment.

Desirable

• Print production knowledge.
• Experience working with FMCG brands.
• Understanding of packaging, artwork, or production workflows.
• Experience within brand design, creative, or production agencies.

We are particularly interested in speaking with candidates who may have progressed from a Senior Account Manager , Production Manager , or Project Manager background and are looking to further specialise in complex project delivery.
