Entry-Level Sales Associate

Overview

Launch your sales career as an Entry-Level Sales Associate. You’ll connect with business and retail customers, learn their needs, and recommend relevant products or services. This role combines prospecting, customer service, and relationship building across inside, outside, and remote sales environments.

Duties

• Generate leads through prospecting, cold calling, and other outreach; support business development and marketing efforts.
• Build and maintain customer relationships through clear client communication, responsive service, and account management.
• Present technology and other solutions in direct, business-to-business (B2B), retail, and technical sales conversations.
• Manage territory activity, follow up on opportunities, negotiate, close deals, and identify appropriate upselling opportunities.
• Use Salesforce and other customer relationship management (CRM) software to track leads, accounts, sales activity, and progress toward targets. Your impact: By matching customer needs with suitable solutions and following through, you help customers make informed decisions and support lasting business relationships.

Experience

• Required: Strong communication, customer service, organization, and analysis skills; willingness to learn sales practices and work toward sales targets.
• Preferred: Exposure to sales, retail sales, lead generation, B2B sales, technology sales, technical sales, inside or outside sales, territory sales, or remote sales environments.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, Salesforce, sales management systems, account or territory management, negotiation, and deal closing is helpful.
• Management or sales management experience is not required; interest in developing these skills is welcome.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
