About Advai
Advai is a UK technology company specialising in AI safety and security. We’re building a platform that lets customers test, evaluate and assure AI systems, so they are robust, compliant and trustworthy in the real world. Our core markets are Financial Services and the UK Public Sector.
We offer a unique opportunity to shape the future of Safe, Secure AI, with unusual problem sets and levels of access. Join us if you’re excited by complex challenges, want to push technical boundaries, and thrive in a collaborative environment that promotes both innovation and a healthy work-life balance.
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to deliver integration of Advai’s platform and services that promote assured and safe AI systems. You’ll bring a strong track record delivering technology solutions and a clear grasp of current trends across AI and software delivery.
You’ll be a core member of the commercial delivery team—shaping bids, leading teams delivering our technology, and gradually becoming a key contact for clients across a portfolio of contracts. You’ll be fluent in project methodologies, with evidence of on-time, on-budget delivery and high-quality outcomes. Experience on the supplier side delivering software to clients (rather than in-house) is highly desirable. There will also be opportunities to adapt and grow depending on your skillset and the way the rapidly developing AI industry evolves
We have a hybrid work pattern, with an agreed number of days per week in our offices (between London Waterloo and London Bridge) to meet with colleagues and customers. There may be opportunities to travel throughout the UK, and potentially overseas as new opportunities present themselves.

- Deliver projects: Advai’s technology and platform for testing, evaluation and assurance of AI.

- Direct cross-functional delivery: manage schedules, budgets and quality standards; maintain RAID (risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies) and delivery reporting.
- Control scope and change: assess impacts, costs and risks, and secure approvals.
- Coordinate testing and acceptance and ensure security, privacy and compliance readiness with customer teams.
- Act as primary stakeholder contact; keep communication clear, decisions logged and alignment tight; support bids and proposals with credible delivery plans.
- Awareness and experience in delivering solutions within the Defence Sector

- Ability to work with senior stakeholders and manage customer relationships.
