Block Manager

**Block Manager London Up to £50,000 DOE**

Charm Living is growing and we’re looking for an experienced Block Manager to join our team. We’re building a different kind of managing agent – one that puts residents, clients and service at the heart of what we do. As our portfolio continues to grow, we’re looking for someone who shares that approach and wants to be part of building something ambitious.

As a Block Manager, you’ll take responsibility for a portfolio of residential leasehold developments, working closely with residents, clients, contractors and our wider team to ensure properties are managed to a high standard.

What you’ll be doing

• Managing a portfolio of residential leasehold developments
• Building strong, trusted relationships with clients, leaseholders and residents
• Managing service charge budgets and expenditure
• Overseeing repairs, maintenance and major works
• Managing contractors and ensuring works are completed to a high standard
• Carrying out regular site inspections and following up on any issues
• Managing insurance claims, health & safety, and compliance
• Chairing AGMs and resident meetings where required
• Making sure residents receive a responsive, professional and genuinely helpful service

What we’re looking for

We’re looking for someone who knows block management and is confident taking ownership of their portfolio from day one. You’ll have:

• Previous experience managing a residential leasehold portfolio
• A strong understanding of block management and leasehold legislation
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach
• A genuine commitment to delivering a great resident and client experience
• TPI qualifications would be advantageous, but aren’t essential
