Job Summary
As Store Manager, you’ll lead the day-to-day running of a retail store, creating a welcoming customer experience while supporting your team to meet sales and merchandising priorities.
Duties
- Lead, supervise and develop the team, coordinating daily tasks and supporting effective team management.
- Oversee retail and sales management activities, helping the store deliver a consistent standard of service.
- Plan merchandising and maintain an organised, appealing shop floor.
- Handle administrative tasks and store enquiries with professional phone etiquette.
- Use clear communication, leadership and time management to balance competing priorities.
- Your impact: A well-led team and thoughtfully presented shop floor help customers find what they need and enjoy a smooth shopping experience.
Qualifications
- Experience in management, retail management or supervising a team is desirable.
- Strong leadership, communication, organisational and time-management skills.
- Administrative experience and confident, professional phone etiquette.
- Multilingual or bilingual ability is welcome.
Pay: £1,000.00 per month
