Job Title: Bar Manager : Luxury Hotel : London
Salary: A GBP 40,000 + Tronc
Location: London
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced and hands:on Bar Manager to lead a busy, multi:outlet bar operation within a luxury hotel in central London. This is an exciting role for a passionate leader who can develop a high:performing team and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
About The Position
- Oversee the smooth running of all bars, ensuring consistently high service standards.
- Lead, train and develop the team, managing performance and building a positive working culture.
- Maintain excellent cocktail quality, drinks knowledge and guest experience.
- Manage rotas, stock control, ordering and day:to:day operational standards.
- Drive upselling, handle guest feedback and work closely with other departments.
The successful candidate
- Will have previous Bar Manager experience within a hotel, restaurant or cocktail bar.
- Strong people:management skills, with experience coaching and developing teams.
- Excellent knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine and professional bar service.
- A hands:on, proactive leader with a strong presence on the floor.
- Highly organised, confident managing performance and committed to delivering exceptional service.
