Job Description
SRM Recruitment is working with a start-up in the data and infrastructure space, backed by an established group. The sector is high growth, a CFO is in place, and there is a clear plan to build out the finance team. This is an early hire with real influence over how the function is set up.
The role
- Run month-end, management reporting, budgeting and forecasting
- Build and improve the processes, controls and reporting from scratch
- Provide commercial finance support to the CFO and senior stakeholders
- Help shape and develop a growing team as it’s built around you
What you’ll bring
- Qualified ACA / ACCA / CIMA with 1-5 years PQE
- Background in real assets, infrastructure, telecoms or utilities
- Experience in unstructured finance environments, where you’ve built processes rather than inherited them
- A hands-on approach and comfort with ambiguity
