Gen AI Trainer - Edtech- Freelancer

Role Description The Gen AI Trainer – Edtech – Freelancer role is a part-time, remote position focused on designing and delivering training content related to generative AI for learners using the CADWORKS LEARNING platform. Day-to-day tasks include creating and updating curriculum and learning materials, preparing practical demonstrations and use cases, recording video lessons or conducting live online sessions, and developing assessments or quizzes to evaluate learner progress. The trainer will adapt complex AI concepts into clear, accessible explanations, provide guidance and feedback to learners, and collaborate with the internal team to align course content with industry trends and platform standards. Responsibilities also involve staying current with advancements in generative AI tools and technologies and incorporating these developments into training modules to keep courses relevant and engaging.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in AI and machine learning concepts, with practical understanding of generative AI tools and workflows.
• Experience in curriculum development, instructional design, or educational content creation for technical or engineering-related topics.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts in clear, structured, and learner-friendly language, both in written and spoken formats.
• Comfort with delivering training remotely via online platforms, including video recording, screen sharing, and virtual classroom tools.
• Familiarity with CAD, GIS, or related engineering domains is highly beneficial, especially in applying generative AI in these fields.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle part-time freelance engagements and meet agreed timelines.
• Prior teaching, mentoring, or corporate training experience in technology or engineering education is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
