Fresher Dat Analys （Entry / Junior Level）

Role Description The Fresher Data Analyst (Entry / Junior Level) will support the team by collecting, organizing, and analyzing data related to real estate projects and business operations. Day-to-day tasks include preparing basic reports and dashboards, updating databases, checking data for accuracy, and assisting with simple data visualizations to support decision-making. The role also involves collaborating with senior analysts and business stakeholders to understand requirements and document findings in a clear and structured format. Training and guidance will be provided to help the candidate grow into the role. This is a part-time remote position.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess foundational analytical and quantitative skills, including basic data analysis, pattern recognition, and problem-solving abilities.
• Candidates should possess fundamental technical skills such as proficiency with spreadsheets (e.g., Excel or Google Sheets) and familiarity with data visualization or reporting tools is an advantage.
• Candidates should possess strong organizational and documentation skills, including accurate data entry, maintaining records, and preparing clear summaries or presentations.
• Candidates should possess effective communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to work with remote teams, ask clarifying questions, and present findings in a simple, understandable way.
• Relevant qualifications that would be beneficial include ongoing or completed studies in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Business, Computer Science, or a related field; interest in the real estate or construction sector; and willingness to learn new tools and methodologies.
