The best DB Pensions Managers aren’t usually looking… but they’re often open to the right opportunity.
If you’re someone who enjoys leading people as much as solving complex pensions challenges, this could be worth a conversation.
We are partnering with one of the UK’s leading pensions organisations to find an experienced Pensions Administration Manager to take ownership of a portfolio of clients, lead a talented team and help shape the future of service delivery.
This is the kind of role where your ideas are listened to, your expertise is valued and your career doesn’t stand still. You’ll have the autonomy to make an impact.
If you have strong Defined Benefit pensions administration experience and you’re curious about what’s next—even if you’re not actively job hunting—let’s have a confidential chat!
