About the Role

We are looking for an AI Data Engineer to join our product engineering team and help build scalable, data-driven solutions for our AI-powered Recruitment Platform. You will work across PostgreSQL databases, REST APIs, OpenAI integrations, and React-based frontends to support intelligent recruitment workflows, automation, and analytics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and processing workflows
  • Build and optimize PostgreSQL schemas and queries for high-performance applications
  • Develop and maintain REST APIs for data ingestion, transformation, and consumption
  • Integrate OpenAI and other LLM services into recruitment automation workflows
  • Collaborate with React frontend developers to deliver seamless data experiences
  • Support AI-powered features: resume parsing, candidate matching, JD analysis, and recruitment analytics
  • Ensure data quality, integrity, and security across all systems
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize pipeline and application performance
  • Use Cursor AI to accelerate development and code quality
