Are you a Qualified or nearly External Audit Senior or AM (0-3 years ACA/ACCA pqe) looking to work in a wider Audit Advisory team that work across M&A,Transaction Services DD, and CFO & Advisory engagements.

We are working with the Assurance Advisory team of a global Mid-Tier practice where the Auditors can work beyond Audit in any of the above areas if their prestigious client base requires advice in those areas. Whilst there is no guarantee of such engagements, my client is increasingly winning such engagements form their clients as part of their respective expansion strategies.

The Partners of my client actively look to offer the opportunity for their teams at every level to diversify from audit to increase your exposure, visibility, and learn to be a more rounded strategic advisor to clients.

You will be ACA/ACCA Qualified from either a Big 4, Mid-Tier, and SME Independent UK Practice in External Audit with 0-3 years pqe or is due to qualify by time or exams in the next few months.

There will be scope to work across a range of clients, and where opportunities arise work on Partner led M&A, Corporate Finance, Transaction Services Due Diligence, and CFO Advisory engagements with your clients when they seek this advice.

My client has one of the best fast track career structures in the city and there are many examples of high performers at Senior/AM level become an RI Partner (earning £300k plus) in just 6-7 years, such progression is simply unheard of at most other practice firms, even for star performers. As a example we hired a Senior as an AM in Q1 of 2026 who has already been promoted to Manager in 8 months and is on a 3-year track to Equity Partner!
