Blue Chip Talent is hiring an AI Development Tools Specialist to support the configuration, integration, and implementation of AI-powered software development tools within an enterprise environment.

This position is ideal for a technically skilled professional with experience in AI-assisted development platforms, Docker, Azure DevOps, Linux, and developer tooling. The role focuses on enabling secure, reliable AI-assisted development workflows rather than traditional cybersecurity operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure, integrate, and support AI-powered development tools, including Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, and OpenAI Codex.
• Implement and maintain tool configurations, permissions, execution restrictions, and environment settings.
• Integrate AI development tools with Docker containers, Azure DevOps repositories, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Configure and troubleshoot Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers, integrations, and AI development workflows.
• Work with Linux environments, scripting, Git, JSON, and YAML configurations.
• Test configurations, troubleshoot technical issues, and identify opportunities to improve development workflows.
• Document configurations, technical processes, and best practices.
• Collaborate with development teams to support adoption and effective use of AI-assisted coding technologies.

Required Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Docker configuration and containerized development environments.
• Experience with Azure DevOps repositories, permissions, and pipelines.
• Strong Linux administration and scripting skills.
• Experience with Git, JSON, and YAML.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or OpenAI Codex.
• Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to independently configure, test, and document development environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience implementing or supporting AI-assisted software development workflows.
• Familiarity with Model Context Protocol (MCP), AI agent tooling, and reusable AI Skills.
• Experience configuring enterprise controls for AI development environments.
• Understanding of container isolation, credential management, and development environment permissions.
• Experience supporting development teams with emerging AI technologies.
