Customer Service Representative - Remote Work

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls and receive incoming calls from clients to address inquiries and support customer satisfaction.
• Schedule appointments with clients interested in available benefits, including individuals referred by existing clients.
• Present and explain products and benefit packages virtually.
• Assist clients with completing applications.
• Participate in management training and professional development activities.
• Attend ongoing training sessions to strengthen product knowledge and customer service skills.
• Maintain professional communication and positive working relationships with clients and team members.
