Operations Manager
B2B large-scale international exhibitions and conferences
£50,000 base + 10% bonus
Hybrid, London
Join an ambitious international events business entering its next phase of growth. This is an opportunity to deliver large-scale exhibitions and conferences around the world, with scope for accelerated career progression as the business continues to expand.
Working closely with senior operations and event leaders, you’ll take ownership of key projects from planning through to onsite delivery, turning complex requirements into exceptional experiences for exhibitors, sponsors, speakers and delegates.
You’ll:
- Manage event logistics, conference production, AV and technical requirements.
- Source and negotiate with venues and suppliers, securing quality and value.
- Control budgets, timelines and floor plans across multiple projects.
- Oversee onsite delivery, health and safety, and sponsor fulfilment.
- Identify improvements that make each event more efficient and commercially successful.
You’ll bring at least 4–5 years’ experience delivering international conferences and exhibitions, strong supplier negotiation and budget management skills, and IOSH certification. Confident under pressure, you’ll combine attention to detail with a practical, collaborative approach.
