Job Description
We’re looking for a creative writer who can turn ideas into scripts and content that people actually watch, read and remember.
What You’ll Do

Write scripts for YouTube videos, Reels and short-form video content.

Create LinkedIn posts, captions and thought-leadership content.

Write across formats: storytelling scripts, educational content, news-based content and promotional copy.

Research topics deeply and turn them into clear, engaging content.

Adapt tone and style for different clients, industries and audiences.

Write strong hooks, smooth flow and powerful endings.

Revise content based on feedback and performance.
What We’re Looking For

1–3 years of experience in scriptwriting and content writing.

Excellent writing skills in English (Hindi/Hinglish is a plus).

Proven ability to write for multiple formats: YouTube, Reels, LinkedIn, blogs and captions.

Strong research skills and ability to simplify complex topics (finance, business, education, history, etc.).

Strong storytelling sense and understanding of audience retention.

Ability to manage social media platforms like LinkedIn, including content planning, publishing and performance tracking.

Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple projects at once.
Good to Have (Bonus)

Knowledge of social media marketing and content strategy.

Experience in LinkedIn profile management and understanding of reach, impressions and engagement.

Experience with personal branding content for founders and professionals.

Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Marketing, English or a related field.
