Data Migration Assistant

**Part-time, ~20 hrs/week Temporary, about 2 months with potential to extend**

We’re looking for a Data Migration Assistant to help move our teams’ work from Monday.com into Airtable. You’ll take years of product, licensing, and production records and get them into our new Airtable bases accurately and completely, so every team starts in the new system with a full and trustworthy history.

Responsibilities

• Export board data from Monday.com and prepare it for import (CSV/Excel)
• Map Monday columns to Airtable fields using the mapping documents we provide
• Clean and reformat data in bulk, and verify the results
• Enter and fix records manually where needed
• Check migrated records against the source and log any discrepancies
• Confirm when each project is fully moved and close it out in Monday so all future updates happen in Airtable
• Attach files and history to the correct records
• Follow migration checklists and flag anything that doesn’t fit

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail
• Comfortable with Excel or Google Sheets: sorting, filtering, basic formulas, CSVs
• Comfortable using AI tools for real work, and checks the output rather than trusting it
• Airtable or Monday.com experience is a plus but not required
• Works independently from written instructions
• Handles confidential product and licensing information with discretion

Salary: $22-$27 per Hour
