We’re expanding our financial services team and seeking motivated individuals interested in helping families understand life insurance and protect their loved ones. No previous insurance experience is required. We provide training, mentorship, and cover required licensing costs to help you get started.

This remote opportunity offers a flexible schedule and the ability to develop your skills in client service, sales, and financial education.

Responsibilities

• Complete required training and obtain a state life insurance license before conducting licensed activities.
• Connect with prospective clients and schedule virtual appointments.
• Learn about clients’ family protection needs, goals, and budgets.
• Explain available life insurance options and help clients understand policy features.
• Assist with applications and follow up on outstanding requirements.
• Maintain accurate client records and provide ongoing customer support.
• Participate in team training and follow applicable company and state requirements.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States.
• Must meet applicable background check and state licensing requirements.
• Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn.
• Comfortable speaking with people, building relationships, and following up.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
• Reliable internet access and a computer suitable for virtual appointments.

Compensation and Work Arrangement

This is a commission-based, 1099 independent contractor opportunity. There is no guaranteed salary or hourly wage. Earnings depend on sales activity and the applicable compensation agreement. Training and licensing support do not constitute hourly paid training.
