Virtual Assistant for Psychologist

Job description
Hiring a part-time, detail-oriented, passionate remote/executive assistant to help a psychologist manage a growing private practice involving assessment and therapy. The practice focuses on autistic/ADHD and other neurodivergent clients, among other populations. Part-time with very flexible hours, though we would have a 1 hour recurring meeting at the same time each week. Pay is $20-$26 per hour depending on experience.
This position must be staffed by someone who is warm, passionate, organized, and works well with others. The ideal candidate for this role must be comfortable multitasking, managing projects, and learning new skills on the fly. Candidates who are neurodivergent themselves and/or have neurodivergent family members are encouraged to apply. Please note this position will only average around 3-6 hrs per week to start, with a likely option to increase hours in the future.
Responsibilities:

• Email management
• Phone support
• Billing
• Scheduling
• general organizational help and creating organizational systems
• help with some elements of setting up a business
• helping with Wix website updates
• possibly writing and publishing blog or social media posts
• scoring assessessments/tests
• writing reports
• Project management
• 3-6 hours per week to start
