· Pay: $15 per hour (about $1,320 a month)

· Job type: Part-time, 1099 independent contractor

· Schedule: Weeknight evenings and weekends, plus one weekday as needed

Restorative Mindset & Behavior Institute is an outpatient, community-based behavioral health practice in Raleigh, North Carolina. We care for patients and families with dignity and respect, and we know that great care starts with the first phone call.

About the Role

We’re looking for a friendly, organized person to be the voice of our practice during evenings and weekends. You’ll help patients get the care they need by answering calls, booking appointments and supporting our weekend clinic, all from home. If you enjoy helping people and like keeping things organized, we’d love to hear from you.

Your Schedule

· Weeknight evenings: 6–8 p.m.

· Saturdays and Sundays: 9 a.m.–3 p.m.

· One weekday as needed

What You’ll Do

· Answer patient calls and messages with warmth and professionalism

· Schedule, reschedule and confirm patient appointments

· Support our weekend providers with administrative needs

· Keep patient information accurate and private

· Help with other administrative tasks as needed

What You Need

· High school diploma or equivalent

· Friendly, clear phone and customer service skills

· Comfortable using computers and scheduling software

· Minimum of 1–2 years of medical office experience (required)

· Behavioral health experience is a plus

· Available for weeknight evenings and both weekend days

· Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet, private workspace to protect patient privacy

· Ability to keep patient information confidential and pass a background check
