Product Development Manager

Leverton Search is partnering with a leading global asset manager to appoint a Product Development Manager.

This is an opportunity to lead an experienced team, oversee new public markets products from concept to launch, and contribute to the firm’s evolving ETF and tokenisation agenda.

With broad investment capabilities and a global institutional client base, the firm combines an established investment platform with a collaborative culture, genuine flexibility and a strong emphasis on work-life balance.

The role:

Reporting to the Global Head of Product and joining the Product Leadership Team, you will manage two Product Development Managers. Working across Investment, Distribution and control functions, you will identify opportunities, build commercial business cases and guide new products through governance to launch.

Your background

You will bring strong end-to-end product development experience within investment management, knowledge of UCITS and European fund structures, and the credibility to influence senior stakeholders and develop a team.

We welcome candidates with experience in traditional public markets products as well as ETFs and/or tokenisation. Team management experience is a must.

To discuss the opportunity in confidence, please contact Leverton Search.

Due to the volume of applications, we may not be able to respond to everyone individually unless your experience closely matches the requirements outlined above.

We are committed to promoting fairness and equity throughout the recruitment process. If there is anything we can do to make the process more accessible or inclusive for you, please let us know.
