🚀 Senior Customer Success Manager (Key Accounts) | German Speaking | London (Hybrid)

We’re partnering with a fast-growing global technology company that’s transforming international e-commerce, and they’re looking for an experienced Senior Customer Success Manager to join their Key Accounts team.

If you’re passionate about building strategic client relationships, driving commercial growth, and working with enterprise brands, this could be an excellent opportunity.

What you’ll be doing:

• Managing a portfolio of enterprise customers as their trusted strategic advisor.

• Building strong relationships with senior stakeholders, including C-level executives.

• Identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities to grow existing accounts.

• Delivering data-driven business reviews and performance insights.

• Working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience.

• Advising clients on strategy, market trends, and best practices to help maximise their success.

What we’re looking for:

✔ 3+ years’ experience in Customer Success or Account Management.

✔ Experience working in E-Commerce, payments, logistics or SaaS environment.

✔ A commercial mindset with experience growing existing customer accounts.

✔ Strong analytical and presentation skills.

✔ Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

✔ Fluent German and English (spoken and written) are essential.

📍 Location: London (Hybrid – 3 days in the office)
