Role Description

The AI Instructor – Generative AI, LLMOps & Agentic Systems is a full-time remote role within NoobSync HI . The instructor will design and deliver practical instruction, developing curricula, learning paths, and hands-on labs covering generative AI, large language models (LLMs), retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), LLMOps, and agentic systems.

Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and conducting live online classes, workshops, and mentoring sessions; building example applications and demonstrations; reviewing learner code and projects; and updating course content as technologies evolve. The instructor will guide beginner and advanced learners through the complete development lifecycle, from identifying requirements and designing solutions to testing, deploying, monitoring, and improving AI applications.

The role involves collaborating with NoobSync’s technical teams to connect teaching with real industry practices, evaluating learner progress, and providing constructive feedback. The instructor will also teach AI security, data privacy, responsible AI, and the limitations of AI systems, while contributing to technical documentation, learning resources, and community engagement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of professional industry experience in software or AI product development, with direct involvement in building, deploying, and maintaining real-world products. Teaching or training experience alone does not fulfil this requirement.
• Strong expertise in generative AI, LLMs, RAG, LLMOps, and agentic systems, supported by practical experience developing and deploying AI applications.
• Proficiency in Python, LLM APIs, embeddings, vector databases, and orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or equivalent tools.
• Strong software engineering foundations, including API integration, databases, Git, testing, debugging, and application architecture.
• Practical experience with cloud deployment, CI/CD, evaluation, monitoring, reliability, and cost optimization for AI applications.
• Understanding of tool calling, agent workflows, state management, human approval mechanisms, and integration with external systems.
• Demonstrated ability to develop curricula, structure learning modules, and explain complex technical concepts clearly to beginner and advanced learners.
• Experience delivering live online instruction, technical workshops, internal training, or engineering mentorship, with strong presentation and communication skills.
• Solid understanding of AI security, data privacy, responsible AI, hallucination handling, and validation of model outputs.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical industry experience.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple courses or cohorts, and collaborate effectively with technical and learning teams.
• Ability to demonstrate previous product work and clearly explain personal contributions, technical decisions, and production challenges.
• Experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, model fine-tuning, open-source models, or technology consulting is a plus.
